In light of the current situation, the UMSC board has made the difficult decision to cancel the spring 2020 intramural season.
With our governing body, EPYSA, suspending soccer activities until April 30 and the school facilities we use for intramurals closed for the remainder of the school year, there is unfortunately no way to complete a spring intramural season this year.
If you registered and paid for spring intramural, the club will be applying a credit of $45 per child to your account. If you registered and didn’t pay, your registration will be cancelled and balance due removed. It will take us a few days to process the order cancellations and credits. Once processed, the credit will appear on your account page at our registration website.
There are two options for how you would like that credit handled:
Option 1 – You can leave the credit on your account and have it applied to any future registration fees (fall intramural, fall travel, or spring intramural).
Option 2 – Fill out the refund registration form at http://umsconline.com/?page_id=1048. UMSC will send you the full value of your account credit. If you registered for fall and would also like that registration refunded, please note it in the refund request form.
We are currently planning on a standard fall intramural season, but we are offering the option if families need those funds now. If you elect to refund your fall registration now and decide later to register for fall, you will need to re-register and pay the registration fee.
